On the day of your arrival |

Upon arriving at our offices you will collect the key to your accommodation. If you are two separate parties staying in the same property, you will be given an additional set of keys. You will also be given detailed directions to the accommodation plus information on any 'extras' you may have ordered. If you are arriving by taxi you will need to inform the driver he will have to wait approximately 5 minutes while you complete the check-in procedure. |

You will also receive a copy of our 'Central Algarve' magazine which contains a map of the area, restaurant guide and a number of interesting articles. Together with the magazine will be our very own Bonus Card offering discounts at various restaurants and theme parks.

All clients are asked to provide a damage deposit and telephone deposit (where applicable) in the form of a signed credit card slip. This will be retained by us up to 7 days after your departure. Once we have checked the property you will be notified by email.

| Our main Reception is open Monday to Friday 09.00 to 18.00 and
Saturday from 09.00 to 13.00. During these times, keys can be
collected from our Reception. Please note, access to your property
may not be given before 16.00 regardless of your arrival time.
Should you arrive outside the above office opening hours or on a
Sunday, you will find a telephone to the left of the main door. From here your be able to call the night porter. We also have on site a small shop where you can purchase a food pack or basic essentials.
