This villa has beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by fruit trees, a putting green, a petanque court and is fully enclosed with a gated driveway. If you are looking for a secluded and relaxing family holiday, but with several top-rated restaurants within a short walk and the Algarve Tennis and Fitness centre (with footgolf available) just 100 yards away, this is the villa to pick. Situated in a peaceful location, just a 2 minute drive from Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, supermarkets and the magnificent golden beaches the Algarve has to offer.

Ground Floor:

Off the entrance hall is a very tastefully decorated and spacious lounge with a flatscreen TV and Sonos music centre, a wood burning fireplace and patio doors to the large covered terrace, pool and gardens. The dining area can seat between 6 and 8 people, also with patio doors leading outside.

The kitchen is every chefs dream! Very well equipped and plenty of space to prepare those tasty homemade meals with a door leading to the garden, so all you need is to choose whether you wish to dine inside or outside. There is a utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer are and a separate guest cloakroom.

On this floor, you will find the master bedroom. This division offers a high level of privacy and is very spacious. There is a dressing table, a sofa, a walk in wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, double basins, plenty of storage and surface space and a bath.

First Floor:

Two bright twin bedrooms, both made with single beds (please note that in one bedroom there is a possibility to make the beds up as a double bed). Both of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the stunning gardens (perfect for watching the sunset).

Outside:

Just outside the lounge, there is a large covered verandah with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining! There is also a built in BBQ with extensive food preparation surfaces and inbuilt seating area outside right by the pool area, so whether you want to keep cool while cooking, or whether you wish to cook while keeping an eye on the kids, this property offers you everything!

Even though it is just a short drive to the beaches, you can enjoy your day relaxing by the salt water pool on the sun loungers with all the privacy and tranquility you wish. Table tennis and table football tabled are provided to offer additional entertainment for all the family.

The gardens are breathtaking and add to a relaxed feeling you get while staying at Villa Okapi. The large lawn is a perfect area for ball games - a badminton net and rackets are provided.
