Arrival day

On the day of your arrival

Come directly to our office to collect the keys to your accommodation. You will also be given detailed directions to the accommodation plus information on any 'extras' you may have ordered. If you are arriving by taxi you will need to inform the driver he will have to wait up to approximately 10 mins while you complete the check-in procedure.

We will also provide you with a copy of our Central Algarve magazine which contains a map of the area, restaurant guide and many interesting articles. We shall also supply a Bonus Card offering discounts at various restaurants and theme parks.

All clients are asked to provide a damage deposit and telephone deposit (where applicable) in the form of a signed credit card slip. This will be retained by us up to 7 days after your departure. Once we have checked the property you will be notified by email.

Our main Reception is open Monday to Friday 09.00 to 18.00 and Saturday from 09.00 to 13.00, and during these times, keys can be collected from there. Please note, access to your property may not be given before 16.00 regardless of your arrival time.

Should you arrive outside those times or on a Sunday, you will find a yellow ouside telephone to the left of the Reception building. From here you'll be able to call the night porter or duty manager. You may also purchase some basic essential grocery items.
