How to book holiday accommodation with Villas & Vacations

Step 1
Either browse this website to choose your prefered property, you can search by.

  • Arrival date
  • Number of Bedrooms
  • Resort
  • Number of People
    Once you have found your property you enter your arrival date and length of stay and press the quote button for the price. To request an option first register on the web-site alone with the property code that you wish to book and you will receive a response from us within a couple of hours during opening times.

Step 2
Telephone our reservations line on 00351 289 390501.
A member of our team will be on hand to guide you through the simple reservation process.

Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 09.00 - 18.00 hours
and Saturday 09.00 - 13.00 hours

Step 3
Complete our booking form and agree to our terms and conditions.

Step 4
You will also have to pay a deposit of25% either by sending a cheque with your booking form to the above address. Or by bank transfer. Details on request.
If you perfer you can pay on Credit Card but there is a 2% surcharge. Please contact our reservation office for more details
At this stage you may wish to book some extra's,like a cot or a food pack
Step 5
Once we have taken the deposit for your accommodation and received your completed booking form we will send you a confirmation invoice with details of your booking.
Step 6
Six weeks prior to your arrival the final balance is due. Once we have received this your be sent further information about your reservation
  • Features of the property (copy of the property welcome notes)
  • Confirmation of extra's ( Car hire, food packs, cots etc.)
  • Maid Service
  • Directions to our office for key collection
