Fabulous traditional styled villa perfectly located within the Golden Triangle, near Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. Set within a peaceful and relaxing area, with mature trees & plants and with the large secure walls and electric gate, this is the perfect choice for your next relaxing summer getaway!

General:

This spacious villa accommodates up to 16 people with a total of 8 bedrooms. Each floor of the villa is independent of the other, which is perfect for large families also being able to enjoy themselves together while also having a sense of being in their very own private accommodation.

All bedrooms have a TV in them and all TV's in the property include independent Sky Packages with sports channels and the possibility of streaming anything from your own device.

Ground floor:

As you enter the villa, you will find yourself in a very comfortable lounge area, with a fireplace, large TV and terrace doors leading to the pool area.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms downstairs

Adjacent to the lounge area there are 3 bedrooms:

• 2 twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room.
• 1 twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

Adjacent to the dining room, there are a further 2 bedrooms:

• 1 twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
• 1 twin bedroom with a separate shower room.

The interior dining room can accommodate up to 16 people and has a fireplace which is a great facility for those that would like to visit in the winter months and have a cosy atmosphere while dining!

There is an ample kitchen with an assortment of appliances that will ensure you can create your memorable holiday family meals!

First floor:

Entrance into the lounge & dining area (for 6 pax), where there is also a large TV and comfortable seating for lazy evenings/afternoons in.

There is another fully equipped kitchen upstairs adjacent to the lounge & dining area.

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor:

• 1 twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the large exterior terrace overlooking the pool area.
• 1 twin room with an ensuite shower room and a small private terrace.
• 1 twin room with a separate shower room.

Outside:

We dare to say that you should be prepared to be amazed! The outside area of this villa is fantastic! Every little detail is thought out to ensure that you and your family have a wonderful holiday!

There is a large 10 meter pool that can be heated (heating is optional at an extra cost) along with plenty of sunbeds to relax while soaking up the sun as well as enough outdoor tables and chairs for up to 32 people to enjoy al fresco meals.

There is also a wall mounted Spotify tablet with built-in garden speakers as well as amazing exterior lights that create a lovely atmosphere for your evenings!

Another great feature is the double charcoal BBQ area with an outdoor sink near the pool area, with one of the exterior dining areas nearby.

On the upper terrace there is table tennis for those, perfect for entertainment during an afternoon in!
