Entrance hall leads to a nicely furnished, lounge/dining area with flatscreen TV, a fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen is on the right as you enter the apartment, and it is equipped with all the essentials. Between dining area and the kitchen is a serving hatch.

One Twin bedroom with a separate shower room (it connects to an interior double bedroom)
One small double bed (access through the Twin bedroom)
Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Direct access to patio and pool area

Outside

This apartment offers direct access for the pool area where you can relax during the Summer months. There is a large patio area for al fresco dining. Plus a large separate sitting area at side offering quite area to relax. The central pool is set in a well kept lawned gardens with sunbeds and and large awing offering shade

There is under ground parking available for one car with lift access to the apartment level.

Unfortunately the use of a BBQ is not allowed.
