Booking Procedure
All bookings are made on a request basis and are subject to availability. Bookings are made for a villa or apartment type and under no circumstances can a specific villa or apartment be guaranteed to any client.
Change Over Days
Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. Duration of stay 7 nights or multiples of 7 nights. The only exceptions are during the weeks of 1-6 and 46-52.

Check in -Check Out
To ensure a smooth change over on arrival and departure days we must allow a reasonable period of time for housekeeper to service the villas and apartments. Therefore check in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure.

Cots, High Chairs Extra Beds/Z beds & Extra Sun Loungers
These items should be requested at the time of booking and are charged on a weekly basis to the guest. All items are offered subject to availability. Extra Beds can only be made available subject to the maximum occupancy in each unit.
Breakage's
On arrival at Four Seasons Fairways all rental guest are required to give an imprint of their credit card or a cash deposit of 200 UK sterling pounds against any breakage's or damage caused during their stay. This will be canceled or refunded at the end of the stay once the villa or apartment has been checked by a Four Seasons Fairways representative.
General Conditions
Payment terms 25% deposit must be paid before the reservation can be confirmed. The remaining 75% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. All other conditions apply as stated on our website www.villas-vacations.com or in our rental brochure.
