Please note that we check all our rental properties to ensure they have sufficient items for you to enjoy your stay. Below is a general list of equipment and furnishings you can expect to find. Please note that this is only a guide and we cannot be held responsible for any items that may be missing. We do however, try to confirm this at the time of booking. With the optional items please check with our reservation office on whether your accommodation has these items.

Lounge/Living area

Must Haves

  • Comfortable seating for at least the number of people that may sleep at the property.
  • A TV large enough to watch from across the room (27inch or larger)
  • Satellite or Cable TV.


  • DVD player.
  • Ipod docking station.
  • Decks of cards or board games.
  • Playstations / Nintendo consoles.
  • Books.

Kitchen/Dining Room

Must haves

  • Espresso machine.
  • Microwave.
  • Fridge/freezer.
  • Dishwasher.
  • Oven with stove top burners.
  • Coffee pots with filters/coffee maker.
  • Kettle.
  • Hand held blender.
  • Different sized saucepans, frying pans and utensils.
  • Baking trays and/or roasting pans.
  • Microwaveable dishes.
  • Essential tools such as: chef's knives, sharp knives (bread, carving & paring), vegetable peelers, colanders, plastic chopping board, soup ladle, cork screw, can opener, bottle opener, serving spoons, kitchen scissors and cheese graters.
  • A salad bowl.
  • Dinner plates, bowls, glasses (water, coffee, wine & children's plastic cups) and cutlery (knives, forks & spoons) for double the number of people that sleep at the property.
  • A dining table that will seat the number of people that may sleep at the property.
  • Saucepans with lids.
  • Kitchen towels, washcloths and oven gloves (at least 2 of each).
  • Serving bowl / dish.
  • Serving spoons.
  • Jug for water / milk / juice.
  • Egg cups.
  • Ice cube trays.
  • Mixing bowl.
  • BBQ utensils (if applicable).


  • Specialist gadgets.
  • Other small appliance like a juicer or mixer.
  • Mixing bowls and measuring jugs.
  • A casserole dish.
  • Trays.
  • Tongs.
  • Rolling pins.
  • Cooler box.
  • Spice rack.
  • Cookbooks.
  • Cleaning supplies including liquid hand soap and dish-washing liquid.


Must Haves

  • High-quality sheets for each bed.
  • Pillows with pillow protectors.
  • Extra blankets.
  • Mattress protectors.
  • Full length mirror.
  • Reading lamp on a bedside table in each bedroom.
  • Electric fan if there is no air conditioning.
  • Curtains or blinds for privacy.
  • Enough storage solutions (eg wardrobes and chest of drawers).
  • Wooden coat hangers in the wardrobes.


  • Mattress toppers.
  • Extra cushions and throws.
  • Television.
  • Dressing table.


Must haves

  • Bath and hand towels (enough for each person sleeping at the property).
  • Hair dryer.
  • An extractor fan if no window.
  • Bin.


  • Electric towel rail.


Must Haves

  • Outdoor Seating (table & chairs and when possible, other exterior furniture).
  • Lighting.
  • Ash trays (even if your home is non-smoking).

When applicable:

  • BBQ (gas or charcoal).
  • Dining area.
  • Sun loungers.
  • Sunshades.


  • Patio heaters.
  • Children's play area.
  • Pool fence (if applicable).

Other Amenities

  • Air conditioning.
  • Wifi internet.
  • Vacuum, broom, dustpan and mop.
  • Iron and full size ironing board.
  • A first aid kit.
  • Recycling bin.


  • Fireplace (for winter lets).
  • Heaters (for winter lets).
  • Tumble dryer.
  • Baby/toddler gear like a portable cot and a high chair and age-appropriate toys.
  • Game room with a pool table, table football, ping pong table and/or dartboard.
  • Exercise equipment like a stationary bike or treadmill.
  • Sports equipment like tennis rackets, footballs or golf clubs.
  • Beach towels.
  • Sonos sound system.
  • Underfloor heating.
  • Ice cream machine.
  • Popcorn machine.
