Contemporary and extremely well decorated 4 bedroom villa with a private pool in the heart of the fabulous Dunas Douradas resort. Located in an exclusive and peaceful part of the resort but with everything within a few minutes walk or drive! Common areas:

A magnificent entrance hall that leads to the staircases and the main living area. Here the kitchen, dining area and lounge share an open space, but do not be fooled, it is extremely spacious.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to ensure your tasty homemade meals throughout your holiday! There is also a breakfast bar with high stools and a dining table with 8 lovely chairs.

Down a few small steps is the main living room with extremely comfortable couches, a wood burning fireplace and a large flatscreen TV.

There are numerous patio doors leading out to the terrace.

There is a second living room just off the main entrance, decorated to the same high standard as the main one. This living room has a gas fire and a private bathroom.

Bedrooms:

On the first floor:

Master room with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
One twin bedroom with a separate shower room and patio doors leading to the amazing gardens.

Lower floor:

2 twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and the other with an ensuite bathroom.

Outside:

This villa has so much to offer so be sure not to get lost in the garden and terraces. At the rear of the villa you will find a beautifully landscaped garden with a heatable swimming pool with an electric cover. The pool can be heated for an extra weekly supplement.

There are 3 amazing terraces:

One just outside of the main lounge, with a covered area and dining furniture, perfect for al fresco dining, and overlooking the pool.
One just off the side with exterior sofas and near a built-in gas BBQ.
A first floor terrace with exterior sofas and amazing views of the resort, the perfect spot for a sundowner!
