A delightful fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of natural light, a breakfast bar, an American fridge/freezer, a wine cooling fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided).There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and access to a small patio to hang up clothes.
On this floor, there is also one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading to the terrace.
Ground floor:
On this floor, there is a second living room with a large TV and patio doors leading to the garden and pool.There are three further bedrooms:
two twin bedrooms, both with doors leading out to the gardens and with a shared bathroom
one double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the pool and an ensuite shower room.
Outside:
The garden area is definitely a must-see! With outstandingly spacious landscaped gardens, a private pool with sun loungers to relax and sunbathe and a small putting green, there is no doubt fun for the whole family! The first-floor terrace has a charcoal BBQ and a dining area to enjoy al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool.The roof terrace is amazing! With the most breathtaking views of the ocean, this is certainly the best spot to watch the sunset.
