Spacious 2 storey, 3 bedroom Villa with a swimming pool conveniently located in the resort of Vale do Garrão. This location is perfect for family holidays and is just a 10-minute to Garrao beach.

Ground floor:

Entrance hall with an arched hallway leading to an ample lounge with a large flatscreen smart TV, a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading out to the terrace. A couple of steps lead to the dining area (for 6 pax) which has plenty of natural light and patio doors leading outside. A fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric induction split level electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a utility room in the hallway with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both have twin beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to the pool and share a separate bathroom with a double basin and an electric towel rail.

There is a further downstairs toilet with a shower and basin adjacent to the utility room.

First floor:

The first floor is entirely comprised of the master bedroom and bathroom. A spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, with a superking size bed, fitted wardrobes, a private bathroom with a double basin, electric towel rail and a large private terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside:

There is an amazing rooftop terrace, with built-in table and chairs and lovely views of the surrounding areas.

On the ground floor there is a large south facing terrace, overlooking the woodland, with a kidney shaped swimming pool, a built in BBQ and patio furniture.
